Job Description:
As an iCims Senior Analyst, you will work closely with HR leadership to optimize HR systems, ensuring data integrity, supporting system upgrades, and driving process improvements. Your role will involve project management, system maintenance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced iCims professional to leverage their technical skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead process improvement initiatives, applying change management strategies to achieve high-quality results.
- Analyze data from multiple sources, identify issues, and develop effective solutions aligned with business goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
- Recommend innovative solutions and process improvements to enhance HR services, subject to leadership approval.
- Participate in system upgrades, including testing and implementation, to ensure data accuracy and system performance.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Cognos BI and Excel, ensuring data integrity across systems.
- Train end-users on new processes and functionalities, and assist in the creation of training documentation.
- Support vendor data interface development and management.
- Continuously stay informed about trends in HR technology and best practices, expanding both HR and HRIS knowledge.
- Assist with various technical projects as assigned, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with iCims.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficient in data analysis, report writing, and maintaining data integrity within HR systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to work effectively with both internal teams and external vendors.
- Experience with HR system upgrades and system maintenance is a plus.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and current HRIS trends is highly desirable.
