Job Description The Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineer will serve as the technical expert responsible for application integration, support, design, and implementation of access enterprise platforms within the authentication and identity lifecycle. Capabilities Develop workflows and interfaces that delight our customers Develop elegant, maintainable, testable, and reusable code Take responsibility for the solution from design to deployment Interface with internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate documenting and analysis of requirements, solution design, development, testing, and Production deployment. Ensure documentation allows for stakeholders and developers to integrate with the solution to be successful Take ownership of and resolve technical issues from development to production Ensure quality of developed code through testing and lessons learned Focus on process improvements via innovative methods to assist in the automation of manual tasks. Expected to be a key contributor in roadmap development to advance the Identity Services team and add continuous value for our internal and customer teams. Participate in code reviews, integration, and deployment events Qualifications 3 to 5 years experience with Authentication technologies including PingFederate, PingID , MFA, AzureAD and/or CA Siteminder , or equivalent technologies. 3 to 5 years of experience in deploying and managing an IGA platform with a demonstrated ability to work across a broad range of technologies, such as multi-tiered architecture, databases, and LDAP, to deliver complex solutions. Minimum of 3 years of experience leading technical initiatives Subject matter expert for core IGA capabilities: Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Management, Identity Governance, and Access Certification. United States Citizen. Candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future Solid understanding of Identity Management (IDM), Single Sign On (SSO) and security concepts Expert knowledge of authentication with hands-on implementation experience with SAML, OAuth2, MFA, and OpenID Connect (OIDC) Demonstrated understanding of Identity and Access Management business processes Demonstrated Web development experience with Java, REST and JSON Scripting and automation experience to support automated deployments Expertise in data and problem analysis, creative problem solving and design thinking Holds an active TS/SCI Security Clearance CompTIA Security+ Certification Differentiators 4-year Computer Science degree (or other technical field) or 4+ years of Information Systems experience, preferred Knowledge of monitoring tools and logging frameworks Seven (7) or more years of broad IT experience in a field such as application development, infrastructure management, or related fields in addition to experience in Security technologies Experience with Web applications servers and web services Pay & Benefit Highlights Compensation Above market fixed salary or hourly pay.
