Must- Have
Expertise in business requirement gathering, analyzing, designing prototypes & technical documentation, development, testing and implementation of solutions for the IBM PA systems.
• Possess extensive hands-on experience and end to end delivery in implementing solutions for planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting systems in FP&A.
• Expertise on working with business customers, IT project managers and business systems analysts to analyze information needs and functional requirements to design IBM PA solutions to meet business needs.
• Possess good knowledge in OLAP Cubes, IBM PA architecture and data warehousing.
• Possess hands on experience in IBM PA PAX, CAFE, web, performance modeler, operation console, active forms, and quick reports with TM1 perspectives and architect.
• Demonstrated experience in building IBM PA objects like cube, dimensions, TI, and rules.
• Solid experience in writing complex TI codes, MDX queries and cube rules to meet the business requirement.
• Possess good exposure to IBM Watson, TM1py and python.
• Hands-on experience in BI Tools (Cognos BI & Power BI), dashboard tools (Spotfire & Tableau) and db. engines (Teradata & Oracle)
• Proficient in handling ETL tool sets Data Stage & Informatica.
• Possess extensive knowledge and experience in cloud infrastructures like AWS and Azure.
• Extensive functional knowledge in corporate finance area and in domains like Retail, BFSI and pharma.
• Possess good experience in both Agile and water fall methods.
• Expertise in identifying & resolving the problems to avoid bottleneck situations by visualizing with Kanban dashboards and fixing it on time to have business continuity.
• Certified by IBM as designer in Cognos BI reports, Cognos TM1 Developer and Cognos TM1 Data analyst.
• Certified by Microsoft in Azure cloud certifications (Azure fundamentals & Azure data fundamentals).
• Possess excellent soft skills, strong analytical skills, and Leadership qualities.
Good-to-Have
