Job Title: IBM Filenet Developer

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement FileNet solutions to meet business and technical requirements.
  • Configure and maintain FileNet P8 environments, including Content Engine, Process Engine, and Application Engine.
  • Develop custom FileNet workflows, document classes, and security models using FileNet APIs.
  • Develop API and batch jobs using JAVA /J2EE technologies and FileNet API's
  • Perform system administration tasks such as installation, upgrades, patches, and performance tuning of FileNet systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FileNet applications and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, configuration, and user guides.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and Dev team on FileNet systems and applications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in FileNet development and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of FileNet P8 architecture and components.
  • Proficiency in Java and J2EE development.
  • Experience with FileNet APIs, including Content Engine (CE) and Process Engine (PE) APIs.
  • Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and SQL.
  • Understanding of enterprise content management (ECM) principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., IBM Certified Specialist - FileNet P8) are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with FileNet Case Manager and IBM Content Navigator.
  • Knowledge of other ECM platforms and tools.
  • Experience with cloud-based FileNet deployments.
  • Having knowledge on AWS Services and CI/CD pipeline
