The Spa Front Desk Concierge plays a vital role in providing an exceptional guest experience at The Spa at the Inn at Bay Harbor. This position is responsible for welcoming guests, managing spa reservations, promoting spa services and retail products, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of the spa front desk. The ideal candidate is guest-focused, organized, professional, and passionate about wellness and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, providing a friendly and welcoming environment.

• Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries regarding spa services, treatments, and products.

• Schedule and confirm spa appointments using spa software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Check guests in and out of spa appointments, process payments, and handle billing inquiries.

• Promote spa services, treatments, and retail products to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk, reception area, and retail displays.

• Communicate effectively with spa therapists, technicians, and management to ensure seamless guest service.

• Assist with inventory management of spa products and supplies.

• Uphold privacy, confidentiality, and safety standards for all guests and team members.

• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality environment; spa or luxury hospitality experience strongly preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems; experience with spa booking software a plus.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.

• Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 25 lbs.
