Position: IAM Specialist

Location: Bellevue, WA

Job Description:

• Access Control Policy Creation: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive access control policies to ensure secure and efficient access to resources.
• Role Modelling: Design and manage role-based access control (RBAC) models, ensuring appropriate access levels are assigned based on user roles and responsibilities.
• REGO Coding: Utilize REGO coding to create and manage policies within policy engines, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
• Project Delivery: Lead and execute projects related to authentication as a service (Auth as a Service) and policy engine implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and business units, to understand requirements and deliver tailored IAM solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of IAM processes, policies, and configurations to support ongoing management and audits.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in identity and access management, with a focus on access control policy creation and role modelling.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in REGO coding and experience with policy engines.

Project Management:

• Proven track record of delivering IAM projects, particularly those related to Auth as a Service and policy engine implementation.

Problem-Solving:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing IAM challenges.
