IAM Engineer - High Frequency Trading

About the Role:
We're looking for a highly technical IAM Engineer to help design and build a comprehensive Identity and Access Management strategy for a fast-paced, high-frequency trading environment. While some foundational processes are in place, this is an opportunity to take ownership and shape how IAM operates across the firm.
In this role, you'll work directly with the Security team to implement scalable, efficient solutions that support secure access to critical trading systems, infrastructure, and applications. We're seeking someone who thrives in hands-on engineering - going beyond tool implementation to solve complex integration challenges.
What You'll Do:
Design and implement IAM solutions optimized for low-latency trading infrastructure
Lead complex integrations across multiple identity providers (IDPs) and internal systems
Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams to enforce robust access controls
Build processes that balance security, operational efficiency, and the pace of trading
Own technical execution - this is a pure engineering role, not GRC
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of hands-on IAM engineering experience, ideally in high-performance or trading environments
Proven expertise integrating multiple IDPs and building identity solutions at scale
Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle, and access controls
Deep technical knowledge - experience working directly on complex system integrations
Familiarity with securing application-level identity and access flows
A proactive problem-solver who can design solutions, not just implement vendor tools
