Duration: 6 + Month contract (potential to extend)
Compensation: $70-$80/hr

IAM Change & Engagement AnalystJOB DESCRIPTIONAbout the Role - As the IAM Change & Engagement Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting the transformation of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization into a service-first model that prioritizes security, operational excellence, and a world-class user experience. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a solid understanding of technology-driven change.
- You will partner with IAM product owners, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver change
- management strategies, stakeholder communications, and adoption plans that enable secure, seamless access for all identities-across any device, location, or service.
Responsibilities - Develop and execute change management and stakeholder engagement plans for IAM initiatives, ensuring successful adoption across diverse user groups.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content and visuals (e.g., PowerPoint, decks, articles, FAQs, job aids, User Journeys).
- Support the rollout of core IAM initiatives including authentication, access governance, identity lifecycle, privileged access, and identity threat detection.
- Serve as a connector between IAM Service Leads, IAM engineering teams and business
- stakeholders-gathering insights, facilitating communication, and promoting transparency.
- Lead training and enablement efforts by designing user education materials, managing stakeholder forums, and gathering feedback to improve user experience.
- Maintain and evolve content on the IAM Services Portal (Confluence), helping users find what they need and understand how to interact with IAM services.
- Track and report engagement metrics, survey results, and feedback to continuously improve change and communication efforts.
Basic Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
- 5+ years of experience in an IT, cybersecurity, or IAM-related environment.
- Understanding of IAM principles (identity lifecycle, authentication, authorization, roles/entitlements, etc.).
- Proven ability to build high-quality, professional PowerPoint decks.
- Strong storytelling and visual communication skills
- Experience mapping user journeys and creating process flows.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to a range of audiences.
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Preferred Qualifications: - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience.
- Master's degree in Organizational Development, Technology, or Communications.
- Experience with IAM tools and services (e.g., SSO, MFA, PAM, access provisioning).
- Familiarity with IT threat detection and response, and Zero Trust principles.
- Experience managing content in Confluence or similar platforms
