Your role will be to provide day-to-day technical support for our team, ensuring that our systems run smoothly. You should be comfortable working with a range of technologies, particularly in the Microsoft ecosystem, and eager to learn new ones.
Experience/Skills Needed: - 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 and Teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
- A passion for learning and keeping up with the latest technology trends.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS) and office software (Microsoft Office, etc.).
Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Set up and maintain workstations, printers, and other office equipment.
- Assist with the installation and configuration of new software and updates, with a focus on Microsoft 365 and Teams.
- Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure they are up to date.
- Collaborate with the IT team and other departments to enhance technology processes and improve the overall user experience.
