Job Summary
The Hyundai Sales Manager is responsible for generating sales and driving revenue at Long of Chattanooga AutoMall. The successful candidate will be an energetic, knowledgeable, experienced automotive sales professional who can provide superior customer service and exceed expectations in sales. A successful candidate will collaborate with management, colleagues, and customers to ensure customer satisfaction, drive sales, and ensure the continual success of Long of Chattanooga AutoMall.
Compensation & Benefits
The Hyundai Sales Manager will be compensated with a competitive base salary plus commission. Benefits include health insurance, vacation and holiday pay, and retirement options.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategies to generate customer leads and sales
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Develop creative sales tactics to increase dealership sales
• Demonstrate automobiles to potential customers, explain the features and benefits
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure continued customer satisfaction
• Answer customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure customer satisfaction goals are met
• Maintain accurate record keeping of sales
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of automotive sales manager experience
• Valid driver's license
• Demonstrated sales experience
• Exceptional organizational and customer communication skills
• Ability to creatively problem solve
• Ability to upsell, cross-sell, and increase sales
