Mini-Flex Corporation, an established manufacturing firm specializing in precision metal bellows and metal bellows assemblies primarily in the aerospace industry, is seeking a highly motivated Hydraulic Press Machine Operator experienced in hydraulic systems to join our growing team. This position is responsible for all aspects of hydraulic forming machines. The Hydraulic Press Machine Operator will perform daily functions with hydraulic machines, including set-up and teardown, operation, and maintenance according to established specifications, standard operating procedures, and guidelines. A successful candidate for this position must demonstrate steady hand-eye coordination, have experience with hydraulic systems, and be able to manage a project from set-up to completion. This role requires a deep understanding of machine operations and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
Forming equipment: Setup, operation, and maintenance of Hydraulic Press Machine
Production management using an ERP software system (ProShop)
Lathe deburring and light press work
Radial saw precision cutting
Inspection: in-process inspection using measuring tools such as micrometers, dial calipers, and scales
Controlling and updating logs and raw material inventory
Plan, coordinate, and lead all activities within the forming machines
Package and clean products
Other general duties to support manufacturing processes and facilities
Desired Skills & Proficiencies:
Several years of experience in manufacturing or a related field, with specific experience in hydraulic press machines and systems
General knowledge of hydraulic fittings, cylinders, valves, power units, etc.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities to meet customer needs
Ability to read, understand, and follow blueprints, engineering specifications, formal and informal written or verbal instructions
Make and evaluate precision machine setups
Experience and proficiency with measurement tooling (calipers, micrometers, pin gages, scales, etc.)
Experience using decimals in the US standard system of measurement
Strong hand-eye coordination and vision
Experience with ERP software systems preferred
Desire to grow within the organization
High attention to detail
Self-motivated and can work independently
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work extended hours when required
Demonstrates effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Must speak, read, and write English fluently
Must be a US Citizen and pass a background check

Starting wage: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour, based on experience
