Our client is a venture capital firm based in Menlo Park, aims to revolutionize venture capital portfolios by offering investors an enhanced approach. They prioritize financial inclusivity, transparency, and eliminating obstacles in portfolio building and management.
We are looking to hire someone to help us with:
- Review financial statements, partner allocations, and capital statements on a quarterly basis for all entities
- Assist with annual audits, including review of initial drafts of the annual audit report and related schedules and disclosures for all entities
- Contribute to all aspects of fund finance, including fund banking and cash management, financial/narrative reporting, and recordkeeping
KEYS
- 3-5 years of Accounting experience from the following 3 categories:
- Straight out of public - auditor with asset management/financial services clients
- Another fund admin
- From another asset management firm doing fund accounting work
- Attitude and personality is key - ideally someone who's a team player and friendly/easy going personality; all hands on deck, roll up their sleeves, collaborative, adoptable
