Job Details:

We are seeking a proficient Consulting Research Administrator for our Healthcare industry client. This role is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to significantly contribute to the growth and development of our client's research portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the administration of research grants, contracts, and familiarity with the FAR Clause. They will be responsible for the overall management of research projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic guidance on research initiatives. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and coordinate the administration of research grants and contracts.
2. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional policies and regulations, including the FAR Clause.
3. Provide strategic guidance on research initiatives and assist in the development of research proposals.
4. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the successful execution of research projects.
5. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring milestones are met and risks are identified and mitigated.
6. Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
7. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of research administration.
8. Provide training and guidance to staff on research administration processes and procedures.
9. Participate in the negotiation of contracts and agreements with sponsors and partners.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in research administration, preferably in the healthcare industry.
3. Proven experience in managing research grants and contracts.
4. Familiarity with the FAR Clause and other relevant regulations and policies.
5. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Proficient in the use of project management and research administration software.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
