Description
-Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from the very first interaction, ensuring every candidate leaves with a positive impression of our company.
-Schedule onsite and virtual interviews by coordinating seamlessly with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
-Welcome and host candidates during in-person interviews at our Plano office, creating a warm and professional environment.
-Build strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring teams by prioritizing clear communication, timely follow-up, and meticulous attention to detail.
-Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS), including job descriptions, interview kits, templates, and forms.
-Support interviewer onboarding and training to ensure a consistent and equitable hiring process.
-Identify and champion opportunities to improve the candidate experience and streamline recruiting workflows.
-Represent employment brand with professionalism and care in every interaction.
Work Environment
Mon-Friday, 8-5 local time. Ability to work remote 2-3 days a week depending on business needs. Other days will be expected to be onsite at Plano office location.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
