Core Requirements
2 - 3 years of experience in a customer facing role at a B2B SaaS company, early stage preferred
Experience in accounting or finance is preferred
Able to navigate and teach customers about complex software products
Familiarity with modern SaaS technologies such as Slack, Notion, Hubspot and/or Salesforce
Keen attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and a customer-centric mindset
Interest in working at a startup and taking on additional responsibilities
