We are seeking an experienced Commercial Concrete Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in estimating commercial ground-up concrete projects and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide accurate and competitive estimates.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial ground-up concrete projects
  • Analyze project plans, specifications, and bid documents
  • Conduct material take-offs and cost analysis
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and risk factors
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and pricing

Qualifications:


  • 5 years of experience in commercial concrete estimating
  • Strong understanding of ground-up commercial construction
  • Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, PlanSwift)
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Compensation & Benefits:


  • $120,000 - $150,000 (Based on experience)
