Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Architect to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of multifamily projects, where you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from schematic design through construction documents. You will be part of a collaborative team, working closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality architectural projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage multifamily architectural projects from schematic design through construction documents.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure project objectives and expectations are met.
  • Ensure all architectural designs are in compliance with building codes and standards.
  • Apply your creative design skills to produce innovative and functional architectural designs.
  • Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to junior architectural staff.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field. A Master's degree will be considered a plus.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design, specifically with multifamily projects.
  • Architecture license is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Revit.
  • Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead a project from conception to completion.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design ideas and plans to clients and team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
