HXM Solution Architect

Design, develop, and implement HXM (Human Experience Management) solutions for clients, leverage SAP SuccessFactors modules to satisfy client business needs, data integration and reporting concepts in SAP ECP to enhance employee engagement, talent and performance management and workforce analytics for improved workforce management for clients. Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements to optimize HXM processes and overall system performance. Participate in configurations and customizations of clients requirements in SAP SFSF HXM environments. Determine current state of client HXM processes and existing applications to design and implement HXM solutions within the clients existing IT on-premises and cloud landscapes. Confer with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT professionals, and external partners to analyze and determine business requirements related to HXM processes and propose innovative solutions that align with industry standards. Integrate cloud-based SAP SuccessFactors HXM and other SAP SF modules across clients departments to meet client needs. Design, develop, and modify technical specifications, solution architecture documents, and integration strategies to guide development teams to in the area of HXM solutions. Monitor configuration and customization of HXM modules, workflows, and business processes to provide postdelivery support and analysis to clients. Design data analysis dashboards using Microsoft Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and SAP Analytics Cloud tools. Design reports and end-user interfaces and enhance functional specification documents relevant to clients report requirements. Train client end-users in the proper utilization of new HXM business processes and solutions.

Requires two years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant or in a related occupation conducting defect fixing and implementing enhancements to clients' payroll and related HR configuration changes on SAP HCM applications; working on inbound/outbound interface issues and reports; and preparing functional specification documents.
Requires a U.S. Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
