Job Summary: This position provides fully skilled technical services for the HVAC Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair Park A/C, Heating & Refrigeration equipment
Troubleshoot A/C, Heating & Refrigeration problems
Installation of duct work and A/C equipment
Installation of Refrigeration equipment
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5years' experiencein HVAC & Refrigeration
5years' experiencedesign and troubleshooting electrical HVAC & Refrigeration systems & equipment
5years' experiencetroubleshooting mechanical/electrical systems, hydraulic & pneumatic equipment
Must be 18 years or older and have a validDriver'sLicense
Solid reading, verbal/written communication skills, and ability to keep accurate written records.
Full availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and Holidays
Knowledge and use of various test and service equipment
Knowledge of E.P.A. Standards and Regulations
Qualifier:
Level 1: Repair and maintenance of small appliances
Level 2: Repair and maintenance of larger appliances that operate at high pressure
Level 3: Repair and maintenance of larger appliances that operate at low-pressure
Other Functions: All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
