Key Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years in commercial HVAC field service.
- Certifications: EPA Certified, HVAC trade school diploma/certificate.
- Skills: Strong leadership, project management, and customer service abilities.
- Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Key Responsibilities:
Project & Operations Management:
- Oversee job site operations, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control.
- Conduct pre-job audits to verify scope and requirements.
- Monitor project progress, coordinate with dispatchers, and expedite schedules.
- Identify and share sales leads with the team.
Customer Service & Relationship Management:
- Address customer concerns promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction.
- Effectively communicate system-related information to clients.
- Report customer feedback and work to strengthen long-term relationships.
Team Development & Leadership:
- Train, mentor, and guide technicians and apprentices.
- Assist in staff performance evaluation and personnel decisions.
- Promote a safe work environment through training and compliance.
Personal & Technical Growth:
- Stay updated on HVAC advancements and industry best practices.
- Participate in professional organizations for continuous learning.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and climb as required for HVAC fieldwork.
- Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and handling tools/equipment.
