An independent Air Conditioning design and installation company, with a work hard play hard mentality, are looking for a HVAC Service Manager to work on multiple projects in and around London. They have a rapidly expanding portfolio, and looking for someone to further strengthen the Team and Business.
As the successful HVAC Service Manager, you will be
- HVAC service manager will be experienced in managing PPM tasks allocation to ensure scheduling of engineers is effectively coordinated
- HVAC service manager will be experienced in managing and overseeing the service desk
- HVAC service manager will be experienced in managing the engineering team
- HVAC service Manager will be able to implement service strategies to optimize efficiency, customer satisfaction, and departmental growth
- HVAC service Manager will be from a FM/ Hard services background
- HVAC service Manager will be will collaborate with the sales team to identify service opportunities
To be successful as the Facilities maintenance Service Manager, you must have:
- HVAC service Manager will be will have experience working for a large Service & maintenance contractor within building Services and HVAC service and maintenance contractor / FM company
- HVAC service Manager will have experience in successful supervision of service desk and administration teams
- HVAC service Manager will be will have technical knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and related technologies
- Facilities Maintenance service Manager will be a commutable distance of Newbury
- Facilities Maintenance service Manager will have experience managing the engineering team
HVAC Service Manager -Salary from 55k- 60k dependent on experience + package + pension
