HVAC Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with contractors to drive sales and grow the customer base.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through strategic sales initiatives.
- Offer expert product guidance to enhance customer experience.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and dealer meetings.
- Stay up to date on market trends and continually expand product knowledge.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, product availability, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in wholesale distribution.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, components, and contractor needs.
- Proven success in business development and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
