HVACSales/Estimator to join our
Baltimore, MD team.

planned maintenance and emergency services. AS AN HVACSALES/ESTIMATOR FOR SERVICEX, YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE: - Fostering relationshipsto generate new business and hunt for new customers
- Handling renewals onservice agreements while growing the current customer base
- Working with existingclients to quote and make recommendations for repairs and replacements on equipment
- Accuratelyestimating costs and providing detailed proposals to clients
- Analyzingplans, specifications, and other documents to determine the scope of work andmaterials required
- Developingand maintaining relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensurecompetitive pricing
- Reviewingcontracts and negotiating pricing with clients and vendors
- Preparingcomprehensive proposals that outline scope, schedule, and cost breakdowns
- Participatingin pre-bid meetings and site visits as required
YOU SHOULDHAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS: - 3-4years of previous sales and/or estimating experience (Experiencein the HVAC industry is preferred, but not required)
- Aproven track record of building and maintaining relationships
- Acustomer-focused personality with a "can-do" attitude.

Base Pay: $75,000 - $80,000 base salary with a competitive commission structure
- Commensurate with experience. This range represents a general guideline; however, a number of factors are considered when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
