From start-up and maintenance to troubleshooting and system repair, youll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers' systems are running at peak efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Provide start-up, rebuilds, maintenance, and troubleshooting on centrifugal chillers and associated equipment. Service and maintain centrifugal chillers and HVAC systems across a variety of projects. Use your in-depth knowledge to diagnose and repair centrifugal chiller systems with precision. Serve as a direct point of contact for customers, offering expertise and solutions on centrifugal chiller systems. Provide on-site training for troubleshooting and maintaining centrifugal chiller systems to customers teams. Offer technical support for centrifugal chiller systems and help clients optimize their systems. Attend OEM training and manufacturer-specific courses to broaden your centrifugal chiller expertise. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, with some occasional overnight travel. Spot opportunities for system enhancements and offer recommendations to improve chiller efficiency and performance. The ideal candidate will be a initiative-taker with the ability to problem solve and make decisions without close supervision. They must be initiative-taking, accurate, efficient, and capable of responding to customer needs. Additional requirements: 7+ years of HVAC/R experience with increasing responsibility, including centrifugal chiller systems. An associates degree or equivalent in HVAC or a related field from a technical/trade school is a bonus but not required. Comfortable with the ins and outs of centrifugal chillers and their intricate systems. Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair centrifugal chillers with minimal supervision. Punctual, efficient, and dedicated to providing exceptional service with an eye for detail. Prioritize customer satisfaction and respond quickly to clients' needs.
