Requirements
- Represent company concerns and manage customer and client communications for work schedules to maintain a positive and productive working relationship
- Document all department commitments for repairs, maintenance, installation, retrofit, warranty, and parts
- Communicate with each employee after each assignment, or daily at a minimum to
determine the status of the project they are working on. Know each employee's location at all times
- Maintain a preventive maintenance schedule in the accounting system software for all visits

Skills & Abilities:

- French and Spanish language would be a pluse
- Highly organized individual with above-average time management skills
- Ability to resolve customer conflict quickly and effectively
- Able to provide direction and guidance to other team members
- This position requires excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work well in a team environment and manage the team effectively.
