Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 per year
A bit about us:We are a subsidiary of a prominent global leader in construction and facilities services specializing in HVAC mechanical services. We offer comprehensive solutions for maintenance and repair, and upgrades mechanical, electrical, and control systems to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations that meet customer needs.
As a programmer on our team, you will be responsible for creating control algorithms, managing system databases, integrating multiple systems, executing project start-ups, and providing training and documentation for end users. We also expect our programmers to have experience inspecting, testing, adjusting, and repairing automation systems, and modifying programs and graphics on Niagara N4 sites.

Job DetailsMUST HAVE:
- 4+ years of building automation (BAS/BMS) or commercial HVAC controls experience
- Strong BAS/BMS programming experience
- Tridium Niagara AX/N4 programming
- Experience with one or more of the following BAS platforms: JCI Metasys, Delta, Distech, Schneider Electric Ecostruxure, Trane, Automated Logic, or other
NICE TO HAVE:
- BS in a related field
- Direct Digital Control (DDC) experience
- LonWorks, BACnet, Modbus
