HVAC Controls Account Representative

Summary:

An established HVAC service company is looking for a Controls Account Representative in South Florida. This company provides full-service installation, maintenance, and repairs for commercial HVAC systems.

Responsibilities:

Develop proposals aligned with the project's technical needs and specifications.
Offer solutions and designs tailored to the customer's needs.
Coordinate and prepare bid documentation, ensuring all estimates are accurate.
Generate sales opportunities, qualify leads, and conduct outreach to potential clients.
Estimate costs, submit bids, present proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts at profitable margins.
Conduct cold calls to identify and engage potential new clients.
Sell to both executive-level decision-makers and technical buyers.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

4+ years of commercial HVAC experience with relative knowledge of HVAC codes and standards.
4+ years of commercial HVAC Controls experience in South Florida is a must.

Preferred:

Prior experience in HVAC-related controls field work is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field is a plus.
Previous sales experience is a plus.
