SDR / AE Hybrid
As an SDR/AE, you'll own the full sales cycle-from outbound prospecting to helping close deals. You'll lead with insight, act with urgency, and bring energy to every interaction. If you're motivated by results and thrive in outbound sales, this is your chance to build something meaningful.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, research, and prioritize high-value target accounts and stakeholders
• Drive outbound outreach-cold calls, personalized emails, and social engagement
• Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and technical buyers
• Maintain CRM discipline and accurate pipeline forecasting
What We're Looking For
• 2-5 years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in IT services or digital
transformation
• Proven outbound prospector with a closer's mentality
• Outcome-oriented-focused on results, not just activity
