Title: HUMINT Enabling Instructor Location: Washington, DC Clearance: TS/SCI with CI Polygraph Responsibilities: Offer input to HUMINT and CI course development and instructing disciplines of HUMINT enabling operations Provide instruction over the entire range of HUMINT enabling training principles, to include National Level HUMINT operations (Title 50) and Military Sources Operations (Title 10) Ensure training delivery methods consist of classroom lectures, small group instruction, and practical exercise-based training (e.g., role play) Engage in research and analysis to keep up to date on subject matter Contribute to updating and documenting course materials Conduct training needs assessments and participate as required in course evaluations Evaluate student performance using verbal and written formats IAW course established standards Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Intelligence, Criminal Justice, Political Science, or related field preferred Experience working as a DoD certified HUMINT collector with a minimum of eight (8) years' experience directly involved in HUMINT Overt/Clandestine or HUMINT Operations Support Knowledge of DoD HUMINT enabling and collection operations management policies and legal authorities, functions, methodologies, and related IT systems Familiarity with HUMINT Operations Support Officer career tracks and other associated certification courses to effectively administer, evaluate, and synchronize blocks of instruction within the HUMINT training curriculum Graduation from one or more of the following recognized IC-level HUMINT courses: MAGTF-CI/HUMINT, DSDC, DOSOC, DATC, SOC, AMSOC, ASOC, ASOT-IID, MOTC, FTC, OTC, HCOM, HCMO, HCMC, OSOC, HDOC, OHTC Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled
