Currently, we are seeking to hire a Human Resources Technologist to join our company. This position will be HYBRID - 3 days in office, 2 remote.
Summary: Researches, implements and manages HR technologies to optimize HR and Company functions, enhance employee experiences, and support organizational goals; manages and interfaces with the IT vendor for managed IT services, and CMMC compliance; POC for any AI related initiatives; and any links from our systems to the company website. The role involves automating HR and Company tasks, ensuring data security, and leveraging analytics to make data-driven decisions. Systems would include, but not limited to ATS (Bullhorn), some payroll functions (UKG/CORE), any systems linked to the ATS, any links to the company website.
Essential Functions:
- Completes special projects (related to Company or HR Technology, etc.) by clarifying project objective; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information; fulfilling transactions.
- Develops human resources and company automated solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action.
- Subject Matter Expert on HR related systems (HRIS, APT systems, certain aspects of payroll, SharePoint and any future systems)
- Liaison with the IT Service provider and responsible for managed IT services, and CMMC compliance.
- POC for any AI company or human resource related activities or research
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Cover and operate receptionist functions at the front desk when receptionist is at lunch or sick
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication to effectively present new concepts and drive outcomes. Ability to effectively multi-task and manage conflicting priorities without impacting deadlines and meeting required deliverables. Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Previous experience preferred in Bullhorn, CORE/UKG payroll system, and Website maintenance and integration with other systems,
Education/Experience: Minimum of two to five years of technology experience. Bachelor's degree in a related field required. Expert experience in Excel and demonstrated proficiency in remaining Microsoft Office Suite required.
