DescriptionPerforms paraprofessional work related to a specialized area of personnel management; collects, processes, and audits human resource data; produces a variety of reports; provides technical support.
QualificationsRequired- Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or possession of a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) certificate.
- Three (3) years of experience in a human resources specialty, some of which shall have been at a level requiring independent judgment.
- Advanced degree(s) beyond the minimum degree requirement in a relevant field may be considered for some experience.
- Knowledge of the practices, procedures, and policies of human resources.
- Proficiency in the use of technology.
- Ability to compile, process, and analyze data and reporting.
- Attention to detail; ability to think critically and exercise good judgment.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately with quantitative information and verify the correctness of actions.
- Ability to work independently and exercise initiative.
- Ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with culturally diverse central office staff.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
