A Day in the Life - What You'll Do Join our collaborative HR team and play a key role in supporting Caribou Thunder's fast-growing workforce:

• Coordinate the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and everything in between

• Maintain and update sensitive personnel records and clearance data with precision and care

• Support benefits administration, compliance, and internal HR documentation

• Act as a trusted point of contact for employee HR questions and help shape an engaged workforce

Is This You? You're detail-oriented, people-focused, and eager to make an impact:

• 5+ years of HR experience (ideal in engineering, defense, or tech environments)

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - or equivalent experience

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance

• Strong communication, discretion, and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable handling sensitive information and juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

• Passionate about talent development, continuous improvement, and meaningful work

Core Skills HR & Compliance Tools:

• HRIS platforms (Rippling, UNANET, and Bullhorn)

• MS Office Suite HR Functions & Knowledge:

• Onboarding / Offboarding

• Employee Records Management

• Benefits Administration

• Talent Management

• Clearance Requirements

• Experience with event coordination, internal comms, or marketing

• Legal and Regulatory HR Compliance Nice to Have:

• SHRM Certification

• Industry Familiarity (Cybersecurity, Defense, AI, Space, or Digital Engineering)
