Recruitment/Talent Coordinator

We are excited to partner with our client's recruitment and talent team to support a key role driving people strategy and talent initiatives. This role is at the heart of building a strong pipeline of talent, supporting professional development, and enhancing employee experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating campus recruiting and summer programs, including training, social events, and work assignments
Supporting interview scheduling and onboarding activities
Collaborating with recruiting teams to bring in and integrate new talent
Organizing local talent development initiatives and training
Assisting in performance management processes and development programs
Generating insights and recommendations using talent data and reporting
Contributing to global talent strategies and traveling as needed for firm initiatives
The ideal candidate brings:
- A Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years in HR, recruiting or talent development
- Experience in a professional services, financial services or legal environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and MS Office skills
