Kiliuda, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Human Resources / Records Manager to join our Team in Washington, DC. Position Responsibilities: Provide Clerical, Data Analyst, and Records Management Analyst supervision and review Direct and supervise the work of staff, particularly on major support efforts such as large research projects or major office support Monitor work and report on progress; responsible for ensuring that work meets contract requirements and is delivered on time Execute, troubleshoot and perform quality control programs; must be able to formulate administrative and technical procedures for getting work accomplished Perform complex technical and factual research Manage file room Develop a Standard Operating Procedure for the organization of the physical files containing documents of various types Design and develop systems and procedures for tracking, controlling, and managing case files, exhibits, and other case specific materials Locate and find new process improvement opportunities Coordinate with other support components in order to accomplish work Report to a Director or Manager; may also have significant contact with Government Officials and/or clients Provide training for new personnel Position Requirements: US Citizen A four-year undergraduate degree or at least three years of experience Supervisory experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills, thorough knowledge of automated research tools Should have hands-on familiarity with a variety of computer applications, including word processing, database, spreadsheet, and telecommunications software Ability to consistently deliver high quality work under extreme pressure Attention to detail and the ability to efficiently and effectively direct the work of others Possess a demonstrated ability to analyze documents to extract information Position located in Washington, DC.
