Role Description
This is a Full time hybrid role for an Entry Level HR And Payroll position at TechProjects. The role is located in North Brunswick, NJ ( 850 Carolier Ln ) . The role will involve handling HR management, Payroll, HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management tasks on a day-to-day basis.
It also involve working withe government agencies ( Contract paper work ), Insurance paper work etc
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies
- Employee Benefits and Personnel Management skills
- Experience in HR functions and payroll processes
- IT Contracts works
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Paperwork with Government agencies for M/WBE certifications, GSA related work
