Remote HR & Payroll Administrator
Part-Time Flexible Hours Mostly Remote
Key Responsibilities
- Benefit Tracking: Monitor employee benefits enrollment and changes.
- New Hire Onboarding: Assist in setting up new employees for a smooth transition.
- Timecard Issues: Address discrepancies and ensure accurate timekeeping.
- Document Management: Upload and maintain employee files securely.
- Payroll Administration: Support payroll processing and related tasks.
- HR Data Entry: Maintain accurate employee records within Rippling (HRIS).
- Limited Benefits Administration: Manage employee enrollments, removals, and COBRA notices.
- Senior Leadership Support: Take notes during leadership meetings and maintain documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience with HRIS platforms (Rippling preferred).
- Prior experience in HR and payroll functions preferred.
- Availability: Respond to emails and Teams messages within 24 business hours, and within 2 hours on payroll closing days and paydays.
- Experience with preferred.
Work Environment & Hours
- Mostly remote, with occasional in-person meetings in the Chandler area (approx. 2-4 per month).
- Flexible hours-set your own schedule outside of meetings and deadlines.
- Company computer and monitor provided.
- Pharmacies and office operate Monday-Friday.
- 10-20 hours per week, depending on business needs.
- Additional hours may be available for Executive Assistant tasks, based on interest and capability.
Compensation & Benefits
- $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.
