? What You'll Do
Be the Licensing & Compliance Ninja
- Keep our compliance in check-always ahead of the game.
- Ensure we ace inspections (yes, even the fire department ones).
Own the HR Operations
- Partner with our benefits broker so our team knows what's covered, when, and how to enroll.
- Manage timecards, payroll accuracy, and track those PTO requests like a champ.
- Coordinate offboarding like a professional curtain call-dignified, smooth, and compliant.
Support Our People
- Oversee onboarding and make sure every new hire feels like they've just joined the A-team (because they have).
- Facilitate engagement activities that keep our culture fun, inclusive, and inspiring.
- Help track retention and lead the charge on employee development plans and promotions.
Drive Performance Metrics That Matter
- Measure what moves the needle: retention, onboarding success, engagement, and HR wins.
- Keep an eye on data and help us make smarter, faster decisions.
- 3+ years in HR/Operations-healthcare or home health preferred
- You know your way around licensing, payroll systems, HRIS, and benefits
