As the Human Resources Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth and welcoming transition into the company. Additionally, you will oversee the payroll processing for a team of about 500 employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments. This is a highly detail-oriented role requiring a strong understanding of payroll systems, HR practices, and employee engagement.
Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system, including changes in status, compensation, and benefits enrollment.
