We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to fill the role of Human Resources Manager. This position will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic HR initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as a strategic partner within the management team, contributing to the company's business development and strategic positioning. Champion a workforce strategy that enhances Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEI&B). Continuously evaluate and forecast the organization's human capital needs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Stay abreast of HR trends and best practices, implementing changes that align with organizational objectives. Develop and nurture an employee-focused company culture emphasizing customer satisfaction, quality, and continuous improvement. Oversee comprehensive HR functions including Benefits Administration, Compensation, Recruitment, Onboarding, Training and Development, Performance Management, Policy Development, and Compliance.
Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory and reporting requirements. Adapt to changing company needs and perform additional duties as required. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) and completion of OSHA General Industry training. 5+ years of experience in HR, particularly in a manufacturing environment. Proven management experience in talent acquisition and team mentorship.
Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate meetings across employee and executive levels. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS software.
Ability to design and implement talent acquisition strategies to enhance organizational visibility and reputation. Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment trends and develop strategic staffing plans in partnership with senior management.
