Summary Our Human Resource Manager is accountable for overseeing and managing all aspects of the human resources function within the federal government contracting environment. This role ensures the effective implementation of HR policies and practices that support the company's strategic objectives, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure compliance with federal regulations. The Human Resource Manager will collaborate with various departments to attract, develop, and retain top talent, while promoting employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. General Qualifications: Previous experience with the Unanet ERP platform

Professional Experience in Federal Defense Contracting
