Overview of the Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:
- Take lead on recruiting and retaining top talent, from job postings to new hire onboarding
- Oversee benefits, FMLA, and worker's compensation administration
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee records, create organization charts and employee directory
- Manage compensation programs, oversee performance evaluations and employee development
- Review and revise employee handbook, HR policies and procedures for compliance and efficiency
Preferred Qualifications for the Human Resources Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration
- Minimum six years of progressive human resources experience
- SHRM or PHR certification is a plus
- Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Location: This role is 100% onsite in Mishawaka, IN
Salary: $88,800 - $95,800 depending on experience
