As we grow, we're excited to welcome a Human Resources Manager who shares our passion for building a supportive, inclusive, and fun workplace. What You'll Do In this high-impact HR Manager role, you'll be the engine that drives our HR programs, blending strategic thinking with the ability to roll up your sleeves and get things done. You'll play a key role in creating and executing impactful people initiatives, ensuring our team feels supported, appreciated, and inspired every step of the way. Your responsibilities will include: Program Ownership: Lead and execute HR programs with precision and follow-through, ensuring timelines are met and objectives align with Osborn's people-first strategy. Benefits Administration & Compensation: Optimize our programs to prioritize employee well-being and ensure competitive, equitable rewards for everyone's hard work. Strategic Thinking: Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with company goals and continuously seek opportunities to elevate our employee experience. Who You Are We're looking for someone who not only has the skills to excel in HR but also the heart to make an impact. You'll bring a mix of expertise, project management know-how, and a passion for people. Your Background: 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong experience in at least two of the following: Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Benefits Administration, or Compensation. Proven project management skills - you love a good to-do list, and your follow-through is impeccable. Strategic mindset with the ability to connect the dots between HR programs and business objectives. Experience in the AEC industry or at a professional services firm is a plus but not required. PHR or SHRM-CP certification is another bonus. Your Personality: You're driven and seen as a leader. You have the confidence to know when to step in and provide guidance and when to hold back. You're approachable, empathetic, and genuinely care about creating a positive employee experience. You know how to balance professionalism with a sense of fun - you're the kind of person who can organize an engaging team-building activity one day and lead a strategic discussion on benefits the next. You thrive in a collaborative environment but are equally comfortable taking charge and running a project. Location Our headquarters is in Bellevue, WA, but we're open to candidates based in Bellingham, Vancouver, Seattle, or Spokane as well. For the right candidate, we are open to a hybrid arrangement, requiring at least two days per week in the office. However, more in-office time is strongly preferred.
