Position: Human Resources Supervisor
Location: Onsite in Arlington, TX
Duration: FTE - Direct Hire
Salary Range: $90-100k

We're looking for a Human Resources Supervisor to lead recruiting, employee relations, and compliance efforts, ensuring alignment with our company's strategic goals. This is a key role supporting both employees and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main resource for policy and procedure guidance
- Manage recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding processes
- Advise management on employee relations and draft related documentation
- Maintain HRIS records for hires, promotions, and terminations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and government contracting standards
- Deliver training on safety and updated HR practices
- Handle employment verifications and unemployment claims
- Support HR projects and process improvements
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in Human Resources
- Prior leadership experience
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Paychex or similar PEO systems preferred
- Government contracting experience a plus
