Human Resources Manager based in the
Birmingham, AL area. The HR Manager will standardize HR functions across multiple sites. They will provide support and guidance to operational site leaders. HR Generalist leadership experience is required. Must be well versed in HR operations & processes, labor law compliance, new employee on-boarding & training, employee reviews, payroll, and recruiting. A multi-site healthcare background is required.
Human Resources Manager Job Requirements - Multi-site HR healthcare leadership experience.
- Associates degree required. SHRM or SPHR certifications a plus.
- ADP experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with contracted or PRN staff preferred.
