JOB TITLE: Human Resources Instructor
LOCATION: CHESAPEAKE VA 23322
DUTIES: The instructor is expected to provide a three-day instructor instructor led class will take place during the last week of the three-week Navy Security Force Officers (NSFO) Course. Seven separate convenings are required each year and are planned at least nine months in advance.

- Civilian Employee Assistance Program
- DoN Performance Management Programs
- Federal Compensation Act
- Federal Drug Free Workplace Program
- Performance management
- Addressing Employee Misconduct
- Addressing Employee Poor Performance
- Alternative Dispute Resolution
- Pay, Time & Attendance, Hours of Work, and Leave
- Federal Labor Relations Program

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:- The contractor shall have demonstrated experience instructing Navy military and civilian leaders
- A Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Education, Criminal Justice, Human Resources or a related field is required.
