11:11 Media is looking for a dynamic and motivated Human Resources Lead (HR). The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including attracting and retaining best in class talent, and cultivating an environment with supporting systems, processes, and office space in which everyone can do their best work. This is an on-site role in Beverly Hills.


People Operations

  • Oversee and continuously improve employee lifecycle processes, including annual reviews, leveraging existing HR systems while identifying and implementing new tools, technologies, and best practices.
  • Manage and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, profit-sharing, health insurance, and time-off policies, to ensure competitive and equitable offerings.
  • Lead and support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening candidates, making hiring recommendations, negotiating offers, and ensuring a fair, consistent hiring process.
  • Champion a high-quality, engaging onboarding experience that provides clarity, fosters connection, and aligns employees with the company's broader mission.
  • Refine and evolve offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions, and business continuity.
  • Ensure adherence to and evolution of company policies and handbook.
  • Ensure compliance with national and local employment laws, proactively addressing regulatory updates and requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and organized employee records while upholding confidentiality and data security standards.
  • Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed to address personnel matters and mitigate risk.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance internal policies and procedures, including organization design, training programs, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Support leadership development by resolving employee concerns, coaching managers on team development, and providing guidance to employees and executives.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with external vendors, fostering trust and collaboration to support HR and office functions.
  • Handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
  • Oversee the communication of key company information to employees, ensuring transparency, preparedness, and alignment with the company's mission and strategic goals.

Office Operations



  • Managing and maintaining office operations and procedures, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Working with supporting resources to ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and functional.

Skills and qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources or related field
  • Five or more years of experience in human resources, with experience playing a central role employee recruitment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset
  • Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems
  • Strong understanding of local and national employment laws
