In our facility Jungheinrich Lift Truck Corp. located in Houston, Texas our team is working on the next generation of electric driven warehouse products optimized for the North American market.
Position Overview:
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analysis, visualization, and business steering while collaborating with a cross-functional team in a fast-paced international environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with onboarding processes and help maintain employee records.
- Participate in organizing employee engagement events and internal communications.
- Provide support for training and development initiatives.
- Help track HR metrics and support data entry in HR systems.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.
- Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Canva or similar tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or project experience in HR or communications.
- Interest in employer branding or digital HR transformation.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to take initiative.
