Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL (Remote - Candidates must be located nearby)
Contract Duration: 7 Months
Pay Rate: $63 - $66/hour
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Technology Project Manager to lead the strategy, planning, management, and execution of HR technology projects on a global scale. This role supports Human Resources functions by managing technical and process improvement initiatives, developing productivity tools, tracking schedules, and ensuring the successful delivery of technology-driven projects.
This is a remote position, but candidates must reside near Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage HR Technology projects with a focus on seamless operational transition and supportability
• Collaborate with teams to define business requirements, design processes, prototype solutions, and oversee testing and training
• Drive project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to align with organizational goals
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, resolve issues, and manage project risks
• Conduct cross-functional meetings and lead implementation plans
• Prepare and present project updates, metrics, and reports to stakeholders
• Track project financials, evaluate performance, and manage change controls
• Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and advocating for change
• Coordinate training and knowledge-sharing events
• Operate effectively in a global, agile project environment
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Experience with Cloud HR platforms (Workday, Oracle Cloud HCM, SuccessFactors)
• Skilled in project management tools and methodologies (including Agile)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and global teams
