Senior HRIS Workday Analyst

On-Site Only Full-Time Direct Hire Salary $125 - 160K
A growing manufacturing company is seeking a Senior HRIS Workday Analyst to lead the configuration, reporting, and process optimization of its Workday platform. This is a highly visible, hands-on role requiring deep functional knowledge of Workday and a passion for improving HR systems and operations.
Key Responsibilities
System Configuration & Maintenance
- Serve as the go-to expert for Workday configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Manage and optimize modules such as HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across all HR systems.
Process Improvement & Workflow Design
- Evaluate and streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement enhancements aligned with business needs.
- Model and fix Organizational Design structures within Workday.
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop advanced reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making.
- Deliver actionable insights using data trends and workforce metrics.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and data privacy standards.
Training & Support
- Train HR staff and end users on Workday capabilities and best practices.
- Provide documentation, SOPs, and ongoing user support.
Project Leadership
- Lead HRIS-related projects, managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate with external vendors and consultants as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday HRIS experience, including configuration and module implementation.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proven success optimizing workflows and improving system efficiency.
- Expertise in HR reporting and analytics.
- Workday HCM certification required (additional module certifications preferred).
