Job Description:

The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Workday system, focusing on key modules such as Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, and Payroll. This individual will work closely with HR and Payroll teams to provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and contribute to annual HR projects such as open enrollment and merit increases. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Workday configuration, integrations, and reporting, along with a passion for problem-solving and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday modules, including Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, and Payroll.
  • Configure and maintain business processes, security roles, and reports within Workday HCM.
  • Troubleshoot issues and deliver timely solutions for HRIS-related concerns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Workday integrations run smoothly.
  • Assist with recurring HR events, such as open enrollment, merit increases, and year-end payroll processing.
  • Use SQL, Power BI, and Excel to create and manage reporting solutions.
  • Support the implementation and testing of Workday upgrades and new features.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of Workday experience, with a focus on system configuration, integrations, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday modules, particularly Recruiting, HCM, Benefits, Time and Absence, Payroll, and Advanced Compensation.
  • Strong proficiency in reporting tools like SQL and Power BI; advanced Excel skills required.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a professional services or legal environment.
